Inside the EU and outside of The Netherlands, our products are taxed with 0% VAT for entrepreneurs.
In order to achieve a checkout with 0% VAT, please follow the steps below.
1. Create an account by clicking "Create an account" in the top right corner.
2. After the account has been created, click on your name in the top right corner.
3. Select "addresses" and create a new address.
4. Select the correct country from the drop down list.
5. Afterwards, enter your VAT number in the VAT field. It will be automatically verified. If verification fails, please contact us using the contact form.
6. Fill in the other contact details and save the address.
7. Continue shopping. You should now see a "tax excluded" price at every product.
8. During the checkout, a VAT amount might be shown on the payment screen. However, this amount of VAT is only theoretical and not applicable.
Alternatively, you can enter your VAT number during a checkout. In this case, the prices will be updated after completing the "addresses" step of the checkout.
